I went into the gift gallery with a small product problem, they had the product fixed and sent to me with no hassle what so ever. it is rare to find staff that are this helpful and they really went the extra mile. Thank you so much, i have honestly never come across such good costumer service and I will be sure to go back there. (5/5)

I visit this shop on a regular basis and I always find something to buy. I have returned faulty items here before, and the staff were incredibly helpful and I received a replacement from the company by the end of the week! (5/5)

I always find something in this shop that I either need or can put away for a gift, everything is so beautiful and it has such great displays (5/5)

Every time I go in, which is at least once a month, I always find something I want. The staff are always polite and helpful. (4/5)

Lovely shop with pretty items, however, very unhelpful when returned faulty items. No replacement or refund. Items seem to be of low quality with expensive price tag. (1/5)
