Lost my son's bike, wouldn't return phone calls. First said the bike was going to be delivered a few days after the rest of his items. When it didn't show, they said it had been delivered with the original boxes, despite a text message to the contrary. No way to get in touch with them to claim insurance or find out what happened with the bike. Really bad customer service. (1/5)
