I have used RB Grant for HMO upgrade work (smoke alarms, heat detectors, emergency lighting, etc.) in two St Andrews rental properties. On both occasions I found them to be very professional, arriving when agreed, doing a good job, keeping the place tidy and billing as quoted. Would definitely recommend. (5/5)
