Ordered a Vintage Dutch bike from Pedal Power the bike didn’t work properly. I took the bike to Fife Cycles who told me it had an incompatible chain set (the wrong frame with the chain set) As I bought the bike through the cycle scheme, I was covered through them. John at Fife cycles was fantastic he dealt with the cycle scheme and I got a replacement bike from Fife Cycles. Ky did not respond to letters, does not answer his phone and keeps changing his number. When he finally replied to an email he started throwing wild accusation around. Ky denied selling us the bike despite me having a receipt and the money coming from the Cycle Scheme. Cycle Scheme have taken him off their recommended retailers. (2/5)

Ordered a schwinn starlet bike for my daughter with free express delivery and arranged for it to be delivered to her in England. Initially Ky was very helpful and quick at getting back to me, however after two weeks no sign of the bike and Ky became difficult to contact. Eventually told me bike had been dispatched but after week three still no sign, was then told courier had tried to deliver twice and asked for a date when daughter would be in. After she had spent all day waiting I contacted the courier to find they had never had any bike to deliver, obviously a blatant lie from Ky. Eventually got a refund but no apology or explanation. Very poor customer service, lost out on two further potential orders, certainly would never use this company again. (2/5)

I had my bike fully serviced by Pedal Power at a very competitive price, All parts that Ky replaced were shown to me brake pads and the chain, which I found extra re-assuring being a lady. 5 Stars is simply not enough thank you so much ! (5/5)
