While this shop has a large selection of nearly anything you might need for DIY, I cannot stand it. The staff have, time and time again, been terribly rude to me (also my friends and colleagues) and act as if everything is a chore. They do not even wait until you are finished asking a question before they say 'no' and walk away. This is very typical of businesses in St Andrews......there is no alternative because it is a small town, so you are stuck going to places like this. If there was an alternative, I would never step foot in here again.
