This is one of the friendliest Jack Wills store I have ever been in! Nice comfy size, with the whole range of JW goods. Yes it's expensive but I bought a gilet 4 years ago and its been passed through 3 people, my youngest sister still wears it and there isn't a rip or tear in sight! The quality is worth paying for in the end. PS: If you're not looking to spend too much money, the tote bags go with everything and they're just £12.50! (5/5)

I went to Jack Wills in St Andrews to get the Union Jack duvet cover for my Jack Wills themed bedroom. The staff were brilliant and extremely helpful and welcoming. I came back a few weeks later to spend my birthday money on a hoodie, and the staff even recognised me and asked about my bedroom which I thought was lovely. Jack Wills is definitely a bit expensive, but for the quality it's worth saving up for. (5/5)

Never stepped foot in a Jack Wills store until yesterday, when I was looking to buy a jacket for my daughter for christmas. the staff were friendly, helpful & chherful, despite the late hour in the day. I found the coat I wanted without fuss or anyone pestering me. Be prepared for a bit of a shock when you look at the price tags, but it's what kids want, so I make an exeption for xmas! The clothes look and feel warm and seem very good quality (4/5)
