I wouldn't recommend to rent any house/flat with Inchdairnie Properties if you're foreigners. My flatmate and I are both foreigners and because of our lack of british laws, Inchdairnie Properties wanted to charge us for imaginary damages to the property when we left. We had to wait more than 3 months to get our deposit back after the issues being solved by an adjudicator (decision in our favour). Unless you know perfectly well British laws or you know someone who know them, avoid to rent anything with them. (2/5)
