Prue Bishop is an international British artist living near Geneva, Switzerland. She has strong ancestral connections in Scotland, and her daughter is married to a Scotsman. We found ourselves as tourists in St Andrews when Prue dived into the Fraser Gallery. Later, we both looked carefully over the artwork. We see a lot of galleries, and they are mostly ... well ... rubbish. This gallery was a rare exception. The works had clearly been selected by someone with a critical eye. Every work was worth looking at. The displays were progressively and interestingly laid out, and wonderfully well lit. Who could ask for more? In our genuinely independent view, this is a galley to include in your UK tour. St Andrews is nice too!

I agree with Mr McKenzie. It is a wonderful addition to the St. Andrews neighbourhood. The proprietor is very approachable and passionate in his conviction that art should be select, affordable and non-denominational all at the same time. I applaud a job well done.

Lovely gallery set in the lower level of a stunning building. The gallery is set out so you move from section to section. I found myself looking at each section as a fresh new area. Very brigh art work. Well worth a visit. St Andrews has been crying out for a gallery like this. Well done to the owners.
