I was trying to buy a pair of shoes from their website and I called their hotline. When I asked about the return policy regarding how many days can I have to decide if I want to keep the shoes, the lady on the phone rudely responsed (if you consider to return, I suggest you dont buy it.) What the heck! I'm not begging to buy their shoes! Is it a normal question for me to ask if anything wrong with the shoes??? (1/5)
