My blackberry had stopped working, took it into this shop, Jo was very rude and the way she speaks to people is shocking! Makes you feel very small and stupid! So my blackberry was due to be swapped as I'd had the same problem with 5 of them within a year and every time I was given a refurbished handset and told it would work with no problems after that. However, I approached O2 and asked their opinion and was told not to accept it as there was clearly a problem with these handsets. So when phone number 5 broke I phoned carphone a number of times and eventually got some answers. The man at carphone warehouse call centre spoke to a manager who told him to give me the option of 4 brand new handsets, so I chose another blackberry. So I trundled into st Andrews shop with the faulty handset, was ignored for 5 minutes whilst Jo had a social chat on the phone! When I was eventually served and she had logged the phone in I asked for a courtesy handset from the shop, Jo said she had none in, when I told her I would be complaining she gave me one. They then sent my phone to repair centre so they could sent my new handset up but instead they sent back the faulty one. When we phoned the shop to get it sorted, the guy couldn't have been nicer about the whole thing! It's not his fault! I was told to expect in back in 3-5days later, phoned up 3 days later to ask where it was and i was told it had JUST been dispatched from the warehouse and to expect it Tuesday of the next week! Not good enough and shop are just as bad! (2/5)

jo and katie a joy to deal with bought a new blackberry and had a slight issue with it. very profesional and prompt with help and getting back to me (5/5)

I delayed buying a new phone as I was worried about the vast range of options and was sure I would be confused. I needn't have been concerned. I was attended to by Craig Smith who was extremely helpful,friendly and professional. He simplified the whole procedure and I am delighted with my new phone. I would recommend this shop highly (5/5)

Really ignorant manager - overheard him talking about customers when I was in at the beginning of the year. I've since cancelled my contract with the place and gone elsewhere. Wouldn't want to support such a place. (1/5)
