Took my car in for the annual MOT test yesterday at 7-20am. received a call from the garage at 10- 30am to say that it had passed the test with no problems at all. Very nice to have a garage that offers this sort of service for it's customers. I have no hesitation in giving this garage five stars. (5/5)

My car refused to start on Wednesday 28th January. A phone call to the Bassaguard team and a short time later 2 men arrived at my home and with a booster battery had the car going again. They took the car to the Bassaguard garage and tested both Battery and Alternator. The Battery was dead so a new one fitted. Fast, friendly service from a very experienced team. Have been a customer for over 35 years and have always had the best of attention.If you have tried the rest-- have your car serviced by the BEST. (4/5)

My wife left her lights on when in St Andrews today so on return to the car the battery was flat. After having tried to bump start it and failed she went to Bassaguard to ask them to come and jump start it. She was no more than two minutes away from the garage and to their credit they came right away but then they charged her £30 for no more than 5 minutes work. Quite ridiculous price. Will avoid in the future. (2/5)

Just arrived at Elie and had a bump where bumper came off my Clio!!! This was the first day of our holiday and we thought we were scuppered but on contacting Bassaguard they took over and within minutes updated me that the car could be repaired and our holiday could continue. Within 1 hour we were mobile and on our way. I am so grateful for such an efficient and friendly service. (4/5)

Bassaguard did a light conversion and MOT on my US manufactured Honda Pilot and saved me over 200 pounds on the quote given to my by a garage which specializes in these conversions. Not only did they do it well (more cleanly than proposed by the other garage) and cheap, they were extremely friendly and informative during the entire process. (5/5)

I would like to thank the staff at this garage for helping my daughter out of an anxious situation when the exhaust went on her car on a Friday night. They kindly fitted her car in on a Saturday morning and completed the repair promptly and at the price quoted. Throughout, they treated us as we had hoped and kept us in the picture with progress. I cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you. (5/5)
